Return policy

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem!

You can return any item for a refund or direct exchange within 21 days of receiving your original order. Any item returned outside of the 21 day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn. Where possible, returns should include tags and any original packaging. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and your refund refused.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage and use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

If you want to do a direct exchange for the same product in another size or colour, contact our Customer Service Team via email at and send your item back to (according to the returns above):

Ensure that your returns form is correctly filled out. If you haven’t indicated on your returns form that you would like an item exchanged and the size/colour information of the replacement item, a refund will be automatically issued.

If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Faulty goods
If an item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will complete it within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a 5-10 working days.
We'll refund the original price that you purchased your item, this includes sale items.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the timescale shown above, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In all correspondence make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a courier service)..
