Returns and Exchanges
Nanushka offers free returns for online orders that meet the free shipping threshold. Otherwise, you must cover the costs of returning the products to us. You cannot return or exchange purchases made in our stores. Please note that this returns policy also applies to sale items.
Orders are also eligible for exchanges. The items you have requested to exchange will be reserved and shipped once the original items have been returned to our warehouse.
If you received your order in RePack and you would like to return some of your items, please visit our RePack page and make sure you requested the Nanushka return label and sent the item to us. You can also choose to manage the return by yourself.
If you are not eligible for a free return, you also have the option to purchase a return label from us. If you'd like to use this service, please choose this option at the return process. The cost of the return label will match the shipping fee to your region.
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorization code and return the unwanted item(s).
How to prepare your item(s) for a return?
Please make sure that the item is in perfect, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and that all labels are still attached to the garment. Take care when trying on garments made from OKOBOR™, as darker pieces may transfer their color onto lighter pieces. Please ensure that garments are packed separately when returning two or more pieces in the same package.
Protect the soles when trying on the shoes by standing on a carpeted surface. When returning, make sure to return the dust bag and/or the shoebox that the shoes came in.
Please return bags with all the accessories that were included in the parcel, including the dust bag and extra handles, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.
For hygiene reasons, please try all swimwear items over your underwear and make sure that the hygiene tape is still on.
In the case of NANOHA ceramics, kindly make sure to carefully pack everything as it was originally packed. Where an item arrives in a damaged condition, we are unable to offer a refund.
In the case of NANOHA ceramics, we are also unable to provide a free return label. It is your responsibility to cover the costs of shipping these back to Nanushka.
