While we strive to ship orders within the indicated timeframe, please be advised that the actual shipping time may exceed the estimate due to customs clearance procedures or other unforeseen factors affecting shipping conditions. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Currently, we are unable to ship orders to Afghanistan, Belarus Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba Congo, Democratic Republic Mali Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, and Ukraine
Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above. We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. Excluded time periods and P.O. box addresses
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays in Hungary. Hungarian bank holidays include: January 1, March 15, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Whit Monday, August 20, October 23, November 1, December 25-26.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Although we use reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.
