This Shipping & Return Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Nanushka International
Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (“Nanushka” or “we”). 
By purchasing our goods and/or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully.
The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.

Due to a national holiday in Hungary on March 15th, orders we receive after 6 pm CET March 12th, will be dispatched on the 18th the earliest. Thank you for your understanding!


  1. Shipping

We are shipping worldwide.

 Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Nanushka. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated. 

Webshippy Magyarország Kft. (“ Webshippy ”) delivers the products of Nanushka worldwide. Webshippy is also liable for customs clearance procedures.

1.2 Customs duty and customs clearance fee

Nanushka is responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee.

1.3 Excluded time periods and P.O. Box addresses

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary.  We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

1.4 Vis major

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

2. Returns and Exchange
Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it?  No problem.

2.1 Right of withdrawal

2.1.1   The 14 day-deadline

You can announce your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days o f receiving your original order without reasoning.  You can announce such right in an expressed statement sent to us to our central email address ( customercare within the above fourteen (14) day deadline. You shall send back the item to us without delay, but within fourteen (14) days from the announcement of your expressed statement (via email) on withdrawal at the latest. Please note, that in case of swimwear pieces, we can only accept returned items, when the bottom still has the hygiene strip on. Make sure that you are sure that you intend to keep the item before removing it from the garment.


To return (free) the item ship to follow the steps below:

1. Make sure the product is in unused condition, in its original packaging, bearing its original label.

2. Contact our Customer Support team to receive a unique return code you will need to enter in the black box below.

3. Pack the items properly. Cut the pre-generated return label from the return document you found in your box, and stick it on the outside of the return package.

4. Visit and use the tracking number below to schedule a pick-up on your prefered location with the shipping company.


*We offer free returns to our customers only on full priced items. Our free return service is not available in case of items on sale, and purchases that were made during promotion periods or when a discount code was applied to the order. 


We shall refund the full price of the returned item when it is received by us. We shall not refund the shipping fee which was chosen by you and was not in line with our usual free return shipping method. The refund shall be made in the same way as the original method of your payment was made (PayPal or or Amazon payment).

You will receive a written notification via e-mail that we have received your returned item.  Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day deadline is not be eligible for a refund. 

You are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal when the item was prepared especially upon your own instructions, or on your expressed demand, or in case the item was unambiguously personalized to you.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by an enterprise, namely such entity who acts in the scope of its profession, independent occupation or its business activity.


2.1.2   Original items

As Nanushka receives the returned item, a quality control procedure shall take place in order to determine the appropriateness of the returned item.

Please note, that in case of swimwear pieces, we can only accept returned items, when the bottom still has the hygiene strip on. Make sure that you are sure that you intend to keep the item before removing it from the garment.

To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. The returned item shall include the original tags and the packaging.  You are liable for the amortization of the products as a result of the use of the product which exceeds the necessary measure in order to assess the nature, the characteristics, and wear/operation of the item.

Returned items that are used or damaged may not be accepted and your refund shall be refused.

We will notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 working days of the receipt of the returned item.


2.1.3   Refund

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In case of sale items we are able to refund the sale price of the items.

In the unlikely event that you have not received an e-mail within the time period referred to above, please contact our Customer Service Team via e-mail at customercare and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


2.2    Exchanges

You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order, without reasoning. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.

The provisions set forth in point 2.1 above – with appropriate modifications – shall apply also for the exchange.

If you wish to do a direct exchange for the same product in another size or color, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customercare, and send your item back with the provided free return shipping method (according to free return process - point 2.1.1 above).

If you wish to have a different item, or the requested item has a different price than the price you have paid for the original item, then you will need to return the unwanted original item for a refund, and place a new order.

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or color you have opted for, then a refund will be taken place instead.

Depending on your place of residence, the time of shipping of the new exchanged product may vary.


2.3    Sale items, products with discounted price

We are able to refund only the sale price of sale items.
