Nanushka is pleased to offer free returns for all online orders. You cannot return or exchange online purchases in our stores.

Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorization code and return the unwanted item(s).
You will find your prepaid return label in your package. When returning your item(s) with the provided return label please schedule a pick-up directly with DHL or drop off your parcel at a verified DHL Express service point for safe delivery.

Due to improvements currently being introduced in our systems and processes we do not provide exchanges at this time.

If you are interested in a different size or colour, please return the item(s) and place a new order.

How to prepare your item(s) for a return?


Please make sure that the item is in perfect, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and that all labels are still attached to the garment. Take care when trying on garments made from OKOBOR™, as darker pieces may transfer their color onto lighter pieces. Please ensure that garments are packed separately when returning two or more pieces in the same package.


Protect the soles when trying on the shoes by standing on a carpeted surface. When returning, make sure to return the dust bag and/or the shoebox that the shoes came in.


Please return bags with all the accessories that were included in the parcel, including the dust bag and extra handles, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.


Please return eyewear pieces with all accessories that were included in the parcel, including the alt-leather pouch and the microfiber cloth, otherwise we are unable to accept the return.


Please note that items purchased as part of our Archive Sale between March 25th to April 2nd will be charged at £25 per order for a return fee. This amount is not fixed per currency and will deduct according to the day’s fx rate in the currency of the order you placed.
