DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, assist in achieving and exceeding sales objectives, and help grow the brand's client base.
The ideal candidate must be charismatic, passionate about people, and able to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceed individual and shop sales and KPI targets set by the retail management team
  • Cultivate new and existing customer relationships through personalized service and weekly client outreach
  • Promote a positive working environment through effective communication with peers, shop management, and the corporate office
  • Stay aware of current fashion trends
  • Aid in maintaining loss prevention standards and preventing shrink
  • Execute a high level of customer service at all times within the shop environment
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including current and upcoming seasonal promotions
  • Ensure store standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain inventory reliability through accurate processing of register transactions and providing accurate information to clients

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous retail experience is not required, but a customer-focused mindset, a strong sense of fashion, and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Very polite, patient, warm personality
  • Ability to develop and maintain quality relationships
  • Positive, hardworking, proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, being helpful with colleagues
  • Loyal and reliable, as we plan with you long-term
  • Respects the team schedule to ensure safe opening operations during opening hours (available to work weekends)
  • Flexible to participate in evening events or inventory
  • Excellent Hungarian and a good level of English required; knowledge of another language is a plus
